As part of Science week 2/3B looked at signs of life on Mars. The children then designed their own creatures, taking into consideration any extra characteristics they may have; after thinking about the landscape, temperature and atmosphere on Mars. Once they had completed and labelled their design they were able to get creative and model using playdough and craft materials. The afternoon lead to wonderful discussions about life on Mars, with lots of curious questions being asked. We may even have some future astrobiologist’s in our class!
